2.An owner who might be looking to sell shares in his/her horse.An owner might have a good horse and might decide to sell shares in order to capitalize some of his/her profits.

3.A trianer whom might have bought a horse on for speculation purposes at a sale and is looking for interested parties to take a share in the horse.

1. Breeders who would like to sell weanlings, yearlings of the farm or in the case of fillies would like to retain a share in the filly.

Trainers who might like to offer a package deal to the smaller owners and put together a transaction that cover all costs for 12 months (see Smart Charm Example under campaigns) By dividing the cost into 100 shares the smaller potential owner can buy a smaller share (to suit his/her budget) that will cover all cost for 12 months and he/she doesn't have to pay monthly instalments.
