In this example the total cost for the horse for 12 months is calculated an divided by 100 shares.
Therefore the person who buys the share will not have to maker more payments, making it affordable to have a share in a racehorse.

The horse will be owned by a company.

We assist in setting up the company.

The company name name will be linked to the horse's name, if possible.

In this instance the company will be Smart Charm (Pty) Ltd.

In an effort to assist as much persons as possible we suggest that an option can be given to pay in one or two installments.  

Please Note You can buy as money shares as you can afford.

After 12 months:

All stake money the horse has earned will be paid out,less deductions for cost of keep as per list of breakdown of share price for the next 12 months, to the shareholders.

If the horse hasn't earned enough stake money to cover the cost for another year the shareholders would make a decision whether to continue racing and fund the cost for another year or sell or donate the horse (through the NHCU)
